Creatine Monohydrate (micronised)

At the centre of Creatonics is creatine: one of the most researched ingredients in nutrition. We include it to support strength, physical performance and long-term resilience through midlife

The Science: Creatine is essential for ATP (cellular energy) regeneration. While traditionally used for muscle strength, research highlights its critical role in supporting the brain’s "energy buffer," helping to mitigate the mental fatigue often associated with hormonal shifts.

Why Micronised? We use a micronised form with smaller particles for superior solubility and easier digestion, avoiding the "grittiness" of standard powders.

Zensera® Lemon Balm Extract (300mg)

The Science: Zensera® is a standardised extract of Melissa officinalis developed to support cognition under stress. It has been studied for its effects on mental performance, with particular relevance to focus, calmness and cognitive clarity.

The Benefits: It is clinically shown to support cognitive performance and mental clarity under situations of stress by modulating GABA activity. For the midlife woman, this means support for "focused energy" without the jitters.

Vitamin D3 (1000IU) + K2 (100mcg)

The Science: Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K2 works alongside it by helping activate proteins involved in directing calcium to where it is needed most: the skeleton.

The Benefits: Together, these two nutrients create a stronger foundation for bone health and physical resilience. For women in midlife, that makes them a particularly relevant pairing for supporting strength, stability and long-term skeletal health.

Methylated B-Vitamins (B2, B6, B7, B9, B12):

The science: B vitamins play essential roles in energy metabolism, nervous system function and psychological function. We use methylated, bioactive forms to provide a more effective and considered nutritional foundation.

The benefits: This blend helps support steadier energy, mental clarity and daily resilience - making it easier to feel capable, sharp and well-supported through the demands of midlife.

Ultrapure Micronised Creatine (5g)

The Science: Completing your 10g daily intake in the evening ensures full cellular saturation. Recent studies suggest that evening creatine may even protect cognitive function following nights of disrupted sleep.

SheVari4™ Shatavari Extract (100mg)

The Science: Shatavari is an adaptogenic herb with a long history of use in Ayurvedic practice, and SheVari4™ is a standardised extract developed specifically for modern women’s health applications.

The Benefits: SheVari4™ is a standardized extract specifically shown to support hormonal balance and mitigate common menopausal symptoms.

Magnesium Bisglycinate (300mg)

The Science: Magnesium is involved in hundreds of enzymatic processes, including muscle function, nervous system regulation and energy metabolism. We use the bisglycinate form because it is well tolerated, highly bioavailable and especially well suited to an evening formula.

The Benefits: Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and the winding-down process that helps prepare the body for rest. It brings a calmer, steadier feel to the night formula while supporting recovery and restoration.

Zinc (10mg)

The Science: Zinc is an essential mineral involved in immune function, cognitive function, normal DNA synthesis and cellular repair. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, skin, hair and nails.

The Benefits: Included in the evening formula, zinc supports the body’s overnight repair processes while reinforcing the wider foundations of daily wellness, resilience and healthy ageing.

Why we created Creatonics

After 10 years as a biomedical researcher specialising in ageing and longevity, I became increasingly aware of how important the midlife years are in shaping long-term health

The changes women go through during this stage can affect muscle, bone, energy, cognition and overall vitality for years to come.

Yet women were rarely being shown the most effective supplements for supporting these areas, despite being the ones who could benefit the most from them.

When I spoke to my mum, my aunties and other women I knew, I realised how common that gap was.

The products on the market weren’t meaningfully addressing it. So I wanted to create something that would.

I set about building a product around the most potent of these ingredients: creatine, but which was also designed to support multiple areas of female midlife health as part of their daily ritual.

I brought the idea to my friend Jacob, a fellow fitness enthusiast, and together we created Creatonics.

How to use

What is creatonics?

Creatonics is a 24 hour supplement system made up of two products: Day & Night, specifically created for women.

It combines creatine with foundational and cutting-edge ingredients selected to support the physiological changes women experience over time.

Who is Creatonics designed for?

Creatonics is designed for women of any age - from 18 to 100+.

It is particularly relevant during peri- and post-menopause, when strength, energy, sleep and cognition can shift.

Why is Creatonics specifically formulated for women?

Creatonics combines creatine with other bioactive ingredients, at relevant doses, chosen to support the clarity, vitality and longevity of women over time.

What makes Creatonics different from other creatine supplements?

Most creatine products are built around sport and performance.

Creatonics is built around daily use, with a formulation that reflects broader health priorities such as strength, energy and recovery.

What does “Creatine+” mean?

It means creatine supported by additional ingredients.

Creatine remains the foundation, with other nutrients included where they have a clear role in the formula.

Why do you use a Day & Night system?

Because the body’s needs are not the same across the day.

The Day formula is designed to help provide what the body needs for a good start, supporting energy, focus and daily performance. The Night formula is designed to support the other side of the routine, helping set the body up for rest, relaxation and recovery.

It also allows a 10g daily creatine intake to be taken as two 5g servings, which may be more practical and better tolerated.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes.

Each batch of our product is randomly third party tested by Eurofins. We also post our results for everyone to see. Find ours here.

Where are your products made?

In the UK by specialist manufacturers.

Production follows standard supplement quality and safety practices.

Do you use clinically effective doses?

Yes.

Our doses reflect the optimal doses used in recognised research studies for women.

How does Creatonics support long-term health and longevity?

Creatonics supports systems that tend to decline with age, such as muscle, energy and recovery.

The aim is not to replace the fundamentals of a healthy, balanced life, but to support them.

What is creatine?

Creatine is a compound involved in cellular energy production.

It helps the body regenerate ATP, which is used during high-demand activity.

Why do I need creatine?

Higher creatine stores can support strength, power, energy and recovery.

Supplementation helps increase those stores beyond what most diets provide, which may be especially useful for muscle function, cognitive performance and long-term physical resilience.

Who should take creatine?

Although we are for the ladies… we believe anyone looking to support strength, energy or overall wellbeing, should take creatine.

It may be especially relevant for women, active individuals and those getting older.

How does creatine work in the body?

It helps recycle ATP, the body’s immediate energy source.

This is most noticeable during short bursts of physical or mental effort.

What are the benefits of creatine beyond muscle?

Creatine is not only used in muscle.

It also plays a role in the brain’s energy system, which is why research is now exploring its effects on cognition and fatigue

Is creatine safe to take long-term?

For healthy adults, it is generally considered safe.

It is one of the most robustly studied supplements currently available.

Will creatine make me bulky?

No.

Muscle gain (which is usually what people refer to when they say “bulky”) depends on training, nutrition and time, not creatine alone.

Does creatine cause bloating?

It can in some cases, particularly with large single doses.

Splitting the intake appears to reduce the likelihood of this

Is creatine suitable for women?

Absolutely.

There is nothing about creatine that makes it male-specific.

In fact, creatine may be especially relevant for women, as women generally have lower creatine stores than men and often consume less creatine through diet.

Why are women less likely to take creatine?

Largely because of how it has been marketed.

For years, it has been positioned around bodybuilding rather than general health.

How long does creatine take to work?

Usually a few weeks of consistent use.

Creatine works by gradually increasing the body’s stores.

Do I need to load or cycle creatine?

No.

A consistent daily intake is enough.

How do I take Creatonics?

Mix one serving with a drink of your choice and take it daily.

Day in the morning, and Night in the evening.

When should I take Creatonics Day and Night?

Day in the morning, Night in the evening.

Exact timing isn’t too important.

They are designed to fit naturally into your usual routines.

Can I take both products together?

We would not advise this, as large single doses of creatine are associated with increased chance of GI upset.

How much water should I mix it with?

Around 250 to 300ml per serving.

This can be adjusted to preference.

Should I take it with food?

With or without food; either is fine.

Some people find it more comfortable with food.

What does it taste like?

It is designed to be mild and easy to drink daily.

Can I mix it with other drinks?

Yes.

Water, smoothies and milk alternatives all work well.

We have even designed it to be able to tolerate hot drinks (up to 80 degrees).

What happens if I miss a day?

Just continue as normal the next day.

There is no need to compensate.

How long before I notice results?

Typically a few weeks.

This depends on consistency and individual factors.

Can I take creatine without exercising?

Yes.

Although benefits are likely greater alongside training.

Is it suitable during menopause?

For healthy adults, yes.

Daily use is how creatine is generally intended to be taken.
